Blac Chyna Granted a Restraining Order Against Rob Kardashian

Last week, Rob Kardashian exposed the hell out of Blac Chyna by accusing the model of infidelity and by posting alleged photos of her private parts for the world to see.

Chyna, whose real name is Angela White, says in court documents filed Monday that she had trouble walking after Kardashian hit her during an argument on April 17.

Chyna's attorney Lisa Bloom announced last week that she was pressing the revenge porn statute against Rob, along with seeking the TRO. "Chyna ended your relationship months ago and she has the right to live as she chooses, work as she chooses, dress as she chooses, date who she chooses, and be intimate with who she chooses".

"I just felt betrayed", she added.

Chyna now hopes that by coming forward and fighting back against the revenge porn, she can encourage others in her same situation to come forward. "It's my body", she stated.

Outside of court, Chyna's attorney Lisa Bloom said they were granted everything they sought in their petition.

In his rants, the reality star claimed Chyna had sent him a picture of herself without underwear on, shortly before she slept with rapper Ferrari True. And when asked if any of the Kardashians have reached out to her, she said no.

Turn in the Labor Market
Remember, the headline unemployment rate declined under Barack Obama because people were leaving the workforce. In June, mining employment grew by 8,000, with most of the growth in support activities for mining (+7,000).

Bloom told ABC that, in California, "revenge porn is a crime, a civil wrong and a form of domestic abuse".

She also explained why she is going down the legal route to get a restraining order against her ex, "I've talked to Rob about everything and the moral of the story is he doesn't respect me and if you can't respect me then you have to respect the law".

Kardashian did not appear in court but Shapiro spoke to the media on his behalf.

"Any explicit photos that she may have posted in the past, that's her choice", her lawyer said, reiterating her earlier comments about how she is representing Chyna in a fight for women's rights.

Shapiro did not contest the restraining order and it is thought that Rob is simply interested in the wellbeing of the pair's daughter Dream.

As you know, the reality TV starlet heads to court on Monday for a domestic violence restraining order against Rob. She claimed she sent her ex a video of her in bed with another man as a way of getting Kardashian to leave her alone.

Kardashian is also prohibited from posting any photos online of Chyna or their daughter.
