Reliance Jio is said to offer a minimum of 100Mbps for the home broadband consumers, and the plans will likely be priced at affordable rates.

Some report claims that early users of JioFiber (just like Jio telecom) would be able to get 90 days of free service, which will include 100 GB data usage per month, at a speed of 100 Mbps.

As per some exclusive brochure accessed by reporters, it was revealed that Jio will roll out "India's first and only 100 per cent fiber video optimised network", which will empower users to access "ultra-high speed internet at fingertips". Subscribers will also get access to Jio bouquet of services, including the 5GB cloud storage.

In the previous quarter, the company had reported net loss of Rs 385.5 crore, stating free voice and mobile data promotions of Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Jio as one of the reasons. The amount is refundable and will be refunded in case user decides to discontinue the service after the complimentary offer ends.
