The hunt is broken up into four age groups for kids up to nine years old.

On Saturday at 11 a.m., the Portneuf District Library, along with the Regional Early Childhood Council, Journeys DDA, and Speech Therapy Services, will be holding an Easter Egg Hunt for children with special needs and their families.

This year, the Downtown Beloit Association's fifth annual Easter Eggstravaganza will feature a bunny hop that will bring the community and businesses together instead of the standard Easter egg hunt. Breakfast tickets can be purchased at the door: $5 per person ($4 for children under 10); the egg hunt, beginning at 10:15 a.m., costs $5 per family. In the morning, children of guests will participate in the Easter Egg Roll itself, a race in which each participating child rolls a hard-boiled egg along the grass with a wooden spoon.
