Police obtain Interpol Red Notice to arrest 4 N. Korean nationals

An analysis of video footage frame by frame in the minutes before and after the attack on Mr Kim Jong Nam on Feb 13 found that seven male North Korean suspects had "surrounded" the victim, the New Straits Times reported on Saturday (March 18).

North Korea has rejected Malaysia's findings and insisted that the dead man was not Mr Kim.

"I once again confirm that the body is that of Kim Jong-nam", Mr Zahid told a news conference yesterday.

North Korea has blocked all Malaysians from leaving the country until a "fair settlement" of the case is reached. Noor Rashid did not say when or where the consent was given.

The two are believed to have returned to Pyongyang, using the same route by which they had come. North Korea is not part of that network.

Interpol, based in Lyon, France, has posted red notices on its website for the four North Koreans, listing each as being wanted by Malaysian authorities for prosecution on murder charges, but without giving much more information.

The court said it was not possible to stop the oath-taking ceremony as the Congress has so far done nothing to prove that Mr. The National People's Party (NPP) and Naga People's Front (NPF), each with four seats, offered support to the BJP.

An Interpol Red Notice is the closest instrument to an worldwide arrest warrant in use today.

He said that now "in response to North Korean nuclear missile "experiments", the United States and its allies take steps to bolster exercises and other military activity, which in turn pushes Pyongyang to new provocative actions", AFP reported.

"The number was recently confirmed to be 439 via an analysis of satellite images of the communist country by Curtis Melvin, a researcher at the US-Korea Institute at Johns Hopkins University in the United States, Radio Free Asia said".

The incident sparked a diplomatic stand-off, as both countries slapped travel bans on each other's citizens, and expelled the other's ambassador.

Although Malaysia has never directly accused North Korea of being behind the attack, many speculate that it must have orchestrated it.

There are nine Malaysians in North Korea - three embassy staff members and their family members. The four - Hong Song Hak, 34; Ri Ji Hyon, 33; O Jong Gil, 55; and Ri Jae Nam, 57 - were at the airport on the day of the killing, and have since fled the country, Malaysia's police chief Khalid Abu Bakar told reporters Thursday. He had been living with his family in the Chinese territory of Macau before his death.
