Atletico hope to heed Sevilla mistakes against Leicester

The draw for the quarter-finals of the Champions' League has thrown up some mouthwatering prospects, but the standout has to be two semi-final regulars Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.

The quarter-final first legs will be played on April 11-12 and the second legs on April 18-19.

Barcelona, who needed one of the great Champions League comebacks to get past Paris St Germain, play Juventus in a repeat of the 2015 final, which Barca won 3-1 in Berlin.

British bookmakers promptly slashed the odds, making Atletico Madrid third favourites to lift the trophy in the June 3 final at Cardiff, behind favourites Barcelona and Bayern.

"We have the coach who knows the Real team the best, they are an interesting and hard opponent", said Neuer.

"That you need four good halves to make it into the next round in the Champions League". And with that pressure off them and on the other team, anything can happen.

Leicester will face 2016 runners up Atlético Madrid in the quarter-finals of the Champions League, with Bayern Munich facing holders Real Madrid.

Sevilla 's 1-0 victory at Dinamo Zagreb on October 18 is their only away win in the competition. Adriana Garcia is a Valencia-based football writer who covers La Liga for ESPN FC.

Ancelotti will pit his wits against Zinedine Zidane, who he mentored during his spell in charge of Italian champions Juventus.

"There are no easy games in the Champions League and we're up against a tough and driven opponent".

"Leicester", the Italy great said, "because it is a unsafe team, a team which will have enthusiasm, a team which has the weapons to cause trouble for teams who want to take the initiative".

REAL MADRID have teamed up with Emirates to produce a stunning new double-decker luxury aircraft to promote their global brand. For sure it will be a very hard tie.

He told atleticodemadrid.com: "In the previous tie and in the group stages they have shown they are a team to take account of, and the difficulty that we're going to have is very high".

"Dortmund are used to playing at this level, we're not". The return match will be played in Madrid six days later. "It also will be a great, meeting with Dani, a player with whom we lived many years together and shared great moments".
