All of the products that have may have this issue were manufactured in USSTC's Franklin Park, IL facility and were distributed nationally.

The brands included are select products under the Cope, Copenhagen, Husky and Skoal labels. Here's a complete list of recalled products. After receiving several reports of customers finding metal objects in their tobacco cans, tobacco giant Altria is recalling several of its most popular brands.

The U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company (USSTC) is voluntarily recalling dozens of their products, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The complaints were received from Indiana, Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee, Wisconsin and OH, the release stated. "We also are working closely with federal authorities to investigate. We appreciate our consumers' patience and loyalty while we work through this matter", USSTC President and CEO Brian Quigley said.

The FDA announced earlier this month that the carcinogen levels in the smokeless tobacco product called N-nitrosonornicotine (NNN) should be limited or reduced. Instead, contact the company at 1-866-201-9136 and return it for a full refund.
